General membership rules

         
 

1. Members should be prompt with their dues.

         
 

2. Clothing on court shall be reasonable and appropriate. Footwear shall comply with sports hall regulations.

         
 

3. Members must help with erecting and recovering posts and nets and equipment.

         
 

4. Any children attending club nights must be supervised at all times to ensure the safety of everyone

         
 

5. On court warm-up time should be limited whenever there are more people than court space.

         
 

6. Members should not walk onto court boundaries when games are in progress.

         
 

7. The committee reserves the right to refuse admission to any member or person on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour, especially if the safety of others is compromised. Any member, who exhibits such behaviour or jeopardize the use of club facilities, may be asked by the committee to leave the club without a refund of registration fees.

         
 

8. Members and their guests are personally liable for any damage that they do to the playing surface or any other school property. All damage, however minor, must be reported to a Committee Member.

         
 

9. No smoking is allowed in or on school property.

         
 

10. There shall be a right of appeal to the committee against any decision by an officer of the club.
